WHAT IS A DIVORCE COACH?
Divorce is an often complex process. Acting as part strategist, part emotional support, and part navigator, a divorce coach is a specialized professional who helps clients manage the myriad of challenges that divorce brings, from the initial decision-making and legal proceedings to the emotional turmoil and life transitions. We work closely with clients to clarify their goals, make informed decisions, and develop effective communication strategies, especially in cases involving co-parenting. Though I am also a licensed therapist, as your certified divorce coach, I focus on the present and future, offering practical advice and actionable steps to move forward. I can also serve as a liaison between clients and legal professionals, ensuring that my client’s emotional and logistical needs are addressed throughout the divorce process. By providing a structured and supportive environment, I aim to empower individuals to emerge from their divorce with resilience, confidence, and a clear path toward a new beginning.
MY MISSION
I am committed to supporting my clients through every stage of their divorce journey, offering personalized coaching that helps them face legal, emotional, and practical challenges with confidence. My goal is to facilitate a process of healing, growth, and positive transformation, enabling my clients to emerge from their divorce stronger, more resilient, and with a renewed sense of purpose and possibility for their futures.
MY VISION
My vision as a divorce coach is to transform the experience of divorce from one of conflict and loss to an opportunity for personal growth, empowerment, and positive change. I aim to redefine divorce as a catalyst for self-discovery, resilience, and new beginnings.
MY "WHY"
As a child of divorce, a therapist, and a divorced parent of three, I have a wealth of experience, strategies, and perspectives to offer my clients.
